Coming in slow...

It is during significant life events that we feel most challenged. And it is through these challenges that we grow character. Dealing with our shadows, insecurities, doubts, fears, and healing childhood wounds that show up as adults, we process and integrate at different paces.
Slow moments are important after major growth events.
They should not be feared, but embraced as opportunities to get to know the new you.
Slow moments are for renewal and integration of the lessons learned recently.
But a slow pace often finds a way to test how you have grown.
This is important to observe your progress and notice where you need further work.

As I continue to progress in my processing and integration after a small burnout and my mother's 3rd brain stroke, I have taken a step back and allowed my creative side and intuition to guide me through my next steps.
Intentionally unthawing from my slow moment to more movement, I have been working on some projects.
1: The first is a comeback of my podcast, SaraSessions: Soulful healing conversations that soothe the heart. This is a project that's close to my heart because of the richness of how conversation can blend so many different versions of us, open our minds to something else, something new, and sometimes something that reminds us of our own inner wisdom.

2. The second is creating space and events for open conversation to flow as the art of life, somatic exercises to help regulate our bodies, and bodywork to help unravel stories. Yes, I am finally opening myself up to more coaching opportunities.
But the most important is the opportunity for people to experience the full version of our collective wisdom at play. Workshops and retreats that will allow you to experience life with a sidekick. Meaning having access to the full version of a person or a group in a safe and non-judgmental intimate group, and allowing space for experiential growth and learning.
Workshop: somatic practices and writing: a workshop for mindful women
Oana Sto and I are hosting a 3-part workshop that involves experiential learning of science-based somatic practices, starting as soon as mid October. Dm me for more info

Retreat:
Combining wisdoms with 2 colleagues of mine Marjorie Lauzon and Typh'n Neboist we will be offering a 3 day retreat at the end of November.
An early gift to women wanting to return to themselves before the holiday season, as an early present from Santa. It will involve somatic exercises, presentations on presence, bodywork and a mini acupuncture treatment, combined with good food, nature walks, practices and rituals that feed, body, mind and soul.
More to come, Magic in the air, mark your calendar, and get in touch if this is calling you. 28th, 29th and 30th
3. I have joined Setsuko - Centre de Massotherapie as a student advisor, helping new passionate somanauts to find their way in the world of massage. With almost 20 years of experience, lessons, certificates, titles, and achievements, I feel the need to give back the guidance I wish I had at the beginning of my journey.
4. I offer hands-on touch during restorative yin yoga classes at Liv Yoga and Akasha Yoga Montreal
Every second Sunday at Liv and every second Tuesday at Akasha. Look at their website for full details and memberships.
If you have made it this far, share with me what you're most excited about in the comments.
And thank you for your patience in reading this far. Social media is not on my priority list yet, and I'd like to share one post with multiple shares to give you an overview of how I might be of service to you or your organization.
Much love, Stay blessed xx
