A private 4-hour somatic retreat dedicated to deep clarity, bodywork and nervous system regulation. This intensive session allows for profound embodied integration and personalized restorative practices to reset your system, so you can find center much easier. We explore your inner space — sensations, expression— and the outer space of your environment, body's proprioception, and lived experience. This immersion supports clarity, regulation, and embodied integration, helping you find alignment, space, lightness, flow and step forward into progress throughout the process. we finish the session with a debrief and a healthy nourishing snack.
