Service Description

Awaken your senses, ease your stress, relieve your kinks and give yourself space to experience your body. These sessions help bring awareness to the body and the compensations throughout as to find balance and help the body in its healing process. This session involves a safe space of expression, an open dialogue to determine your obvious and not so obvious needs. Allowing the three layers connect we ease out and off the table to then do a recap of what has come through or any following guidance to help you on your journey.
